We're a small group of volunteers dedicated to improving the lives of as many animals as we can. We have no official status, no board of directors, no secretary, no treasurer; this allows us to bypass any "people politics" and concentrate on the animals in our care. We realize we can't save them all, but we're trying anyway.

Our primary purpose is to provide information about ferrets, and to rescue homeless and unwanted ferrets. A lost and found file is maintained, ferrets are kept until the owner is found or they are adopted. All rescued ferrets are given thorough vet checks, vaccinated for canine distemper and rabies, and if needed spayed and neutered. |
